2 (7.5-ounce) packages WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Classic Guacamole
- 1/2
(8-ounce) COLUMBUS® Chorizo Salame Stick, sliced on the bias and halved
- 1
thinly sliced jalapeño pepper
- 2 tablespoons
chopped cilantro

Lime slices, if desired
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Lightly spray 12 cups of a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Fit 1 wonton wrapper into each cup, folding sides as needed. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool in pan.
Fill cups with guacamole and top with sliced chorizo. Garnish with jalapeño slices, cilantro and lime slices, as desired.
