- Fresh pineapple
- 6 small dark chocolate and coconut candy bars, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 ounces light rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1/4 ounces fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- In blender cup, place all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve in a glass rimmed with chile lime seasoning blend, garnished with pineapple wedge and cherry.
