Prosciutto, Heirloom Tomato, Peach and Burrata Salad

large heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1
ripe peach, pitted and cut into wedges
- 8 ounces
burrata cheese, divided into bite-sized pieces
- 1
(3-ounce) package COLUMBUS® Prosciutto, torn into strips
- 1 tablespoon
olive oil

Flaked salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon
fresh oregano leaves

Fresh basil leaves, as desired
Directions
On serving plate, arrange tomatoes and peaches and cheese. Tuck in prosciutto pieces.
Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with oregano and basil leaves.
