Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons

    basil pesto

  • 3 tablespoons

    mayonnaise

  • 1

    demi baguette sliced lengthwise, toasted

  • 1

    avocado, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 2

    (6-ounce) packages COLUMBUS® Seasoned Roast Beef

  • 1 cup

    arugula

  • 1/2 cups

    watercress

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine pesto and mayonnaise; spread evenly over both halves of baguette.

  2. Top each baguette half with avocado, roast beef, arugula, watercress and Marinated Onions.

  3. Cut each half into 4 pieces.
