(10 to 12-ounce) ball pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
- 3 tablespoons
basil pesto
- 1 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cups
crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cups
sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and cut up
- 2 ounces
COLUMBUS® Peppered Salami, cut up
Directions
Heat oven to 475°F.
On floured surface, roll out pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Place on baking sheet. Spread pesto evenly on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pesto. Top with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Layer with salami.
Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
