This toast is inspired by the beloved COLUMBUS® Perfect Charcuterie Bite of the same name. Fennel-infused COLUMBUS® Finocchiona Salami brings out herbal notes in the basil, which raises the creamy, delicate flavor of the burrata. The burrata and cherry tomatoes dressed in fine olive oil, flecked with basil, evoke classic Italian flavor that pair perfectly with crusty toasted bread.

Directions
